Introducing the Blue Sky Boatworks 360 Angler

$299 Shipping in USA

Introducing the 360° Angler, a pedal driven watercraft designed and built for those ready to step on to a fishing experience with the convenience and stability of a big boat and the exploration possibilities of a kayak or canoe.  The hull system was designed for both stability as well as speed and the maneuverability.  Later in 2018 users will have a motor option allowing you to switch from pedal to motor power.

As soon as you step on to the 360° Angler you will immediately appreciate what we mean by stability. Walk right off the dock onto the deck; move about with complete confidence; appreciate the freedom of movement and the wide open area to bring along all your gear, your dog or even one of the little ones. You will then be amazed at the comfort and adjustability of the swivel seat, how quickly you get the craft up to speed and keep it there with very little effort.

Surrounding you are gear tracks, rod holders, storage areas for all your gear.  Personalize your fishing experience with unlimited flexibility in where you store your tackle and equipment.  With ever fishing style comes the need to customize your watercraft and the Blue Sky 360° Angler allows you the power to do so!  Our long standing partnerships with companies like RAM Mounts, Raymarine, Power Pole and others have been accommodated for in the design of the deck for easy installation of many of these key fishing tools.

Speed - Pedaling the new FlexDrive powerplant is a pleasure.  The 12:1 crank ratio translates into more performance with less exertion. That innovation is complemented by the sleek, piercing outriggers that have way less drag than traditional monohulls. Meaning you can go faster with less effort.

Stability - Stability is the greatest concern of people who are drawn to personal watercraft. They want to get to the quiet places, the water and the nature where powerboats can’t go, but the kayak just doesn’t feel right to them. Those concerns are vanquished aboard Blu Sky Boatworks craft.

Comfort - 360° swivel seat has 7+” of travel fore and aft and 6+” of height adjustment. The chair is built for comfort with a breathable and soft seating design allowing for customized comfort for both sitting and pedaling.

Versatilty - The 360's are the easiest craft most have ever dealt with getting to and from the water, thanks to the ingenious integrated wheel system. Once on the water, choose pedal, paddle or pole. And coming soon, switch out the pedal drive for the new lithium-powered E-Drive and get your cruise on.

Portability - Trailer it, drop it into the back of a pick-up, or car-top it — it disassembles in minutes for transport.  No one piece weighs more than 30 lbs making it a one-person job.

Power -  Easily convert from Flex Drive pedal to Flex Drive electric. You can also paddle or pole it. We’re even exploring a stowable sail rig for down-wind fun.

Jackson Kayak has designed a patent-pending prop-driven pedal system which allows for hands-free forward and reverse propulsion for kayaks. Named the Flex Drive, it consists of a daggerboard-protected tri-prop propeller which, combined with unique articulation of the prop system, gives the Flex Drive increased performance over other drives and helps keep the system clear of obstacles and easy to clean. Jackson Kayak’s Flex Drive System can quickly adapt from deep to shallow water navigation without having to move the main pedal drive unit.

The Flex Drive is easily deployed with the flip of a lever, has adjustable pitch prop blades and a 12:1 ratio. An interchangeable electric motor-driven head unit is in development as well for release at a later

Note: Shipping price is only good for the contiguous United States.

  1. Blue Sky Boatworks 360 Angler - SPECTACULAR 5 Star Review

Posted by on 22nd Dec 2018

It took quite a while with all kinds of mental gymnastics to get to the decision to buy the Blue Sky Boatworks 360 Angler. I finally pulled the trigger and bought it after Brian was so helpful answering my questions. He promised I would receive it before Christmas and all went well with the delivery today. Dean was great, arrived on time and really explained everything so well for me. Dean is a great asset to Delaware Paddlesports and was very knowledgeable and helpful and basically showed me the ropes so that I felt comfortable around my new kayak .. no boat .. no kayak .. no boat .. no kayak .. lol.

With EXCELLENT customer service, reasonable shipping costs and no sales tax .. how can you go wrong with Delaware Paddlesports? You can't. I expect to be a life-long (God willing) customer and I look forward to dealing with Brian and his staff in the future. Such a big online purchase is a scary thing for most people but they really made the whole process easy .. mostly with how they instilled confidence that their company is not a fly by night outfit, but is a group of dedicated professionals who know their business and really care about their customer.

I expect to write a review after I get out for some awesome fishing in my very cool kayak .. but due to NY winters & weather, it may be a little while.

Merry Christmas to all at Delaware Paddlesports and thanks again for everything.

  2. Mini-Bass Boat 5 Star Review

Posted by on 4th Sep 2018

I have only been out on mine 3 times now, but I am in love with it! It is simply an amazing fishing platform, there is nothing that I have been on that compares to this right now. I have had the Native Watercraft Slayer 10/13 and the Hobie Outback/Pro Angler 12. They all have their niche, but for everything you get with this for the price, its really hard to pass up. I never felt the need to stand because of how high the seat was, its almost like you forget you are sitting after a while because of it!
Loading and unloading this thing couldnt be easier since you can fit between the hulls. The built in wheels are solid and extrememly sturdy. I do wish they left wider axles for beach wheel installation. I can easily wheel this down to my community dock which is 1,500 ft from my house, without tiring.
The top speed is fantastic, (in a no wind or current condition) I could max out around 6mph, while averaging 3.5-4 with normal cadence/effort.
Turning radius is decent considering how big this, you get quick response but it was probably a 10 foot diameter turn.
Tucking everything up was a huge positive, in a lot of the fresh water fishing and weeds, I was able to pop up the drive and rudder in seconds and use a 8-12ft extendable oar to glide through the thick of it.
Rod storage is awesome, you can drop them in the hull when you have to haul the kayak somewhere far, then put it on the horizontal storage next to your paddle and stake out pole (found a cheap $5 garden pole from Home Depot that is 8 ft long and works perfectly, floats too)
I did hit a few structures with the drive, but what it was designed for, it gracefully popped up, which I was able to just pop back down with minimal effort.
I did experience some issues with the Flex Drive, but Jackson was VERY quick to send me out a brand new one fixing the issue (I guess some from the factory the older drives had a screw that would slip, the new ones come brazed).
