  • Comes with a 2.4 meter (7.9 foot) strap for lashing your kayak to the cart.

  1. Cart itself is great 4 Star Review

Posted by on 22nd Oct 2016

We have had our carts since August. They are a learning experience. The cart itself works great. The strap itself is less then desired. Even after watching all the videos. If you are doing some serious shuttling the strap just will not cut it. We ended up modifying our straps with ends from cam straps. This has enabled them to be tightened up greatly. Way more then with the way the straps were originally.

Next issue is the kickstand. The kickstand is about useless. Especially on a slight incline. I have tightened it up multiple times and it has not really helped much.

The cart itself though is fantastic. It takes some experimenting to find the right spot on your kayak to strap it down and be comfortable with pulling or pushing the kayak.
